Job Function: Business Support Analyst

Responsibilities

The position is dedicated to a Work Dynamics major Financial Service Account. This role is primarily responsible for providing first level technical support to client and JLL user requests associated with JLL technology or business tool issues. The role will also provide administrative support to the team lead or other senior leaders on the account. The position is expected to:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our client’s business, strategies, policies & procedures which allow us to provide a consistent comprehensive level of service.
  • Performs routine technical assistance duties.
  • Performs basic problem solving and assistance on various tools client and JLL team members are using.
  • Finds solutions to requestor problems and assumes a high level of ownership for client satisfaction.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively explain technical solutions to non-technical users in written form.
  • Perform data cleanup and validation activities across various systems
  • Support data governance initiatives and compliance requirements
  • Maintain individual daily productivity statistics/performance metrics
  • Help ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple systems and platforms
  • Maintain and update master lists and databases, including distribution lists
  • Assist the team in administering internal and client SharePoint sites
  • Provide access control administration and support
  • Identify areas of opportunity and utilize skills/knowledge to suggest improvements.
  • Task and project-oriented ability to meet short deadlines and support other account operations as assigned.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • Be able to quickly adapt to change and be comfortable in a structured environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various initiatives
  • Support business process improvements and documentation
Required Experience
  • 1-2 years in a customer service or support environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills with the ability to ask the appropriate questions and handle difficult/stressful situations as necessary
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties on a daily basis
  • Good analytical, and people skills a must
  • Detail oriented with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Strong data entry skills with a focus on details and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Other Qualifications
  • College degree is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication skill is required
  • Enthusiasm to learn new tools and assist others with resolutions
  • Willingness to expand areas of responsibility
  • Ability to adjust priorities and focus as directed by management
  • Have a proactive mindset
Reporting Line
  • The position will report locally to the Regional Business Analytics and Business Intelligence Manager
  • The position will have dotted line reporting to the Work Order Management Lead in NAMR
  • This business support position does not have direct reports.
Work Hours
  • The position is part of a 24x7x365 support team for the account. As such, the position is expected to work on non-traditional shifts to complete the follow-the-sun support cycle.
  • Weekend coverage is expected; however, work hours will normally not exceed 40 hours per week.
Work Location
  • The position is expected to work in the client office located in Manila along with the rest of the regional team.
  • For weekend coverage, the position may work from home.
