Job Title Associate Project Coordinator Job Description Summary The Associate Project Coordinator plays a key administrative role in supporting the workflow and operations of the Production Design Manila Hub. This position is responsible for assisting in project intake, coordinating task assignments, tracking project milestones, and facilitating communication between the Manila-based team and Americas-based stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. About the Role Project Intake & Delegation : Log incoming project requests, assign tasks based on team capacity, and maintain accurate records. Workflow Management : Monitor project mailbox, assist with task flow, and track multiple projects to identify delays or bottlenecks. Task Coordination : Support Designers and Team Leads with task assignments and update project tracking systems and dashboards. Cross-Team Communication : Act as liaison between Manila and Americas teams, provide status updates, and elevate issues as needed. Documentation Support : Assist with data entry, documentation updates, and maintaining process guidelines. About You Education & Experience : Bachelor’s degree with experience in a fast-paced graphic production environment. Skills & Mindset : Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a solution-oriented, learning mindset.
