The Impact You'll Make

Join Lam as an IT Engineer, where you'll be at the forefront of designing, analyzing, and implementing applications and systems that form the foundation of our infrastructure. As a key member of our IT team, you'll provide technical assistance and guidance on projects involving various systems and infrastructures. Acting as a technical liaison, you'll address complex business problems with automated system solutions. Your expertise will be vital in driving Lam's commitment to innovation and efficiency.

In this role, you will support the Collaboration team by managing SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Platform, including low-code/no-code solutions.

What You'll Do
  • Provide L3 support for SharePoint, SIP, and other Collaboration tools (Teams, OneDrive, Forms, etc.).
  • Promote Collaboration tools and advise users on best practices through the Collaboration Center of Excellence.
  • Participate in SharePoint migration projects (on-premises to SharePoint Online).
  • Translate and document business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and diagrams to address significant or unique business challenges.
  • Design, prototype, and develop solutions using SharePoint and Power Automate, including proof-of-concepts and process design.
  • Maintain and enhance solutions with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Communicate with Business Units to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Who We're Looking For
  • At least 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 12 years with a Master's; or 8 years with a PhD; or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in SharePoint.
  • 3+ years of experience with Power Automate.
  • Strong analytical skills for problem solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management experience or knowledge is beneficial; PMP certification is a plus.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
