Key Responsibilities Design Creation: Create compelling and visually engaging designs across digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, branding materials, advertisements, and presentations. Concept Development: Take ownership of the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring the final product aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives. Collaboration: Work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer, Product, and Marketing teams to develop design solutions that meet business goals and resonate with target audiences. Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work is on-brand, maintaining consistency across multiple touchpoints, while also pushing creative boundaries. Advanced Design Techniques: Utilize advanced design tools and techniques to produce sophisticated and visually striking designs, including mastery of typography, layout design, and the use of color theory. File Preparation & Quality Control: Prepare and optimize final design files for print and digital media, ensuring production standards and meticulous attention to detail. Trend Awareness: Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team. Time Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met while maintaining high quality. Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 3‑5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of creating exceptional design work across various mediums. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience with Adobe Dimension, SketchUp, After Effects is a plus. Print Design Expertise: experience working with brochures, posters, packaging, business cards, and large‑format designs; familiarity with print production processes, file preparation, and print specifications (CMYK, bleed, crop marks). Advanced understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling, with the ability to simplify complex ideas. Strong eye for detail and precision, ensuring polished work even under tight deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain design concepts and strategies clearly to non‑design stakeholders. Portfolio showcasing best work, demonstrating versatility, creativity, and advanced design skills. Experience with UI/UX is an advantage; 3D design tools (Blender, D5 Render) are a plus. Experience with motion graphics or animation tools (e.g., After Effects).
