Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate Management, or a related field At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in property management, leasing, or real estate operations Strong tenant relations and communication skills, with the ability to handle issues promptly and satisfactorily Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in documentation and record management Responsibilities: Tenant Relations & Retention: Serve as primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly, courteously, and in a solution-oriented manner to support long-term satisfaction and retention Move-Ins/Outs & Contract Administration: Lead tenant onboarding and turnovers, ensuring proper documentation, compliance with requirements, and accurate recording of lease agreements and related contracts Billing, Collections & Compliance: Monitor timely settlement of utilities, dues, and collections; track compliance schedules and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely, quality repairs and preventive upkeep of properties Leasing & Occupancy Support: Handle inquiries, schedule property viewings, and coordinate with the leasing team to optimize occupancy rates Reporting & Records Management: Prepare and review property management reports (collections, occupancy, tenant status) and maintain accurate, organized records—digital and physical—for contracts, payments, and compliance documents Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Procurement, Admin, Finance, and the Executive Office to align property operations with company objectives and support smooth execution of related processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
