Work setup: Hybrid, Makati

• Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure fit-out projects while collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and global teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with excellence.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met.
• Design and implement IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software; ensure adherence to organizational standards.
• Develop expansion plans considering network, power, and space; oversee expansion projects with IT and construction teams.
• Coordinate with Workstation Innovation Team Project Manager, Legal Team, CEO Office, vendors, contractors, and suppliers; provide regular project updates.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies; ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports and justifications.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and provide reports to management and stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users; ensure smooth transitions during project rollouts.
• Lead process improvements to optimize workflows; perform administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience with a focus on infrastructure, fit-out, and expansion projects.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in System and Network Engineering.
• Proven track record of delivering IT infrastructure fit-out projects on time and within scope.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong project management, vendor negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Excellent understanding of IT infrastructure and network design.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Certifications (Optional but valuable):

• Licensed ECE or PECE (advantage).
• PMP, Prince2, CSM, PMI-ACP, ITIL.
• Other relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Network+).
