Join the G Nation today Who You’ll Be Working With If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you You’ll Be Responsible For The Following Lead a team of solutions designers responsible for the design of new products and services as well as improvements to existing products and services. Liaise with the tribe and squad members which include tribe leads, product owners, solution architects, engineers, QA and other stakeholders to help drive demands forward towards completion. Promote design excellence by defining, maintaining and enforcing design principles, standards and practices, ensuring consistency of compliance and adoption across demands handled by the team. Drive team effectiveness and performance, overseeing quality and timeliness of team’s design deliverables via reviews, monitoring and audits. Champion continuous improvement initiatives and team engagement efforts within the team. We’re Looking For Minimum 8 years in a business analyst, systems analyst/design or related roles, and with experience in leading a team. With a business and technical background, having previous experience in process, product and solutions design and development. Must be customer-oriented with relevant technology know-how to bridge requirements to solutions. With experience in agile delivery model and working well within multi-disciplinary teams to meet strategic objectives.
