Position: Financial Accountant Location: Two Ecom, MoA Work setup & shift: Hybrid | Day shift Discover your 100% YOU with MicroSourcing Your Role As a Financial Accountant, you will: Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations Conduct variance analysis for profit and loss statements Prepare month-end and year-end journals, including accruals and prepayments Execute month-end closing procedures Maintain accurate records of financial transactions Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data prior to submission to senior accountants Maintain and manage the fixed asset register and perform fixed asset accounting Proactively identify reconciliation and posting issues and seek resolution Liaise with external auditors and support audit processes Engage with stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand Use initiative to improve processes and support team goals What You Need Non-negotiables CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial accounting; Australian-based experience desirable Proficiency in popular accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, SAP, Oracle) Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) Excellent written and spoken English communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player About MicroSourcing With over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
