Join our team and help bring books to the world We’re looking for a meticulous Data Entry Specialist to ensure our product information is accurate, timely, and optimized for market success. If you have an eagle eye for detail, love working with data, and enjoy collaborating across teams, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Enter and manage accurate product data for both physical and digital titles across internal systems and external vendor portals—primarily Ingram (LSI). Maintain and update critical metadata, including pricing, publication dates, formats, territories, and availability. Coordinate with distribution and production teams to ensure smooth title setup and timely market launches. What You Bring Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data/content management systems. (Preferred) Familiarity with publishing distribution channels, metadata standards, or retail platforms. Comfort managing large datasets and adapting to shifting priorities under tight deadlines. Strong organizational and time-management skills. A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills. Fast learner & highly trainable with good analytical skills. Team player and able to work with less supervision. Good problem solver & has a positive attitude. Must be willing to work graveyard shifts and PH holidays. Well-organized, responsible, and has initiative.
