Act as the subject matter expert for in-scope processes and market-specific knowledge acquisition and cascade of these information to the operations Investigate & resolve process anomalies/ambiguities and escalate to team lead as necessary Coordinate system testing, deployment of new system and services Ensure proper documentation of process updates on Standard Routines Conduct functional training for employees who are new to the operations (i.e. New hires & transfers) Execute validation & reconciliation, prepare control reports for certain critical data/processes Gather and analyze transaction volumes and other relevant metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements What will make you successful Analytical, organized and keen on details System and process-oriented with the ability to identify & resolve critical issues With strong customer orientation & exceptional commitment to deliver quality service Able to create process documentations Has experience in Success Factors, SAP HR/Payroll system experience Able to handle highly sensitive HR and Payroll information in a confidential and professional manner Able to handle pressures and demands from multiple customers and competing priorities With strong customer orientation and exceptional commitment to deliver timely & quality service has knowledge in PH Payroll Exposure on Best Practices implementation within the team Can work with minimum supervision With good interpersonal skills Good training skills Willing to be assigned on any shift schedule #J-18808-Ljbffr
