Accounts Payable Process supplier invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments in line with company policies. Match purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices to verify completeness and accuracy. Respond promptly to supplier queries and resolve payment discrepancies. Support accounts payable reconciliations and contribute to regular reporting activities. Accounts Receivable Generate and distribute customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner. Apply and allocate customer payments correctly to maintain up‑to‑date ledgers. Follow up on outstanding receivables from Debtors/Buyers and assist in collection efforts. Assist with reconciliations and reporting of accounts receivable balances. Trust & Settlements Process, allocate, and clear buyer payments into trust accounts, ensuring timely revenue transfers to business accounts. Reconcile buyer, seller, and trust accounts in accordance with regulatory and audit requirements. Maintain strong internal controls over trust transactions and support internal, external, and statutory audits. Ensure accurate and timely month‑end close processes, including reconciliations and compliance with relevant legislation. Process seller settlements, invoicing, and payments in line with contractual terms, including handling exceptions, cancellations, refunds, and manual billings. Liaise with Customers, CX team, sales and account managers to ensure all billing and account queries are addressed. Drive timely resolution of open orders and transactions, support accurate accruals, and assist with ad hoc analysis as required. Contribute to reporting and analysis of invoicing and payment processing trends and issues. Participate in and support project work and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned. Systems & Process Improvement Use SAP and other financial systems to process transactions and maintain records. Identify opportunities for process improvement and support automation initiatives. Maintain data accuracy and contribute to system enhancements. Work collaboratively with team leaders and other finance officers. Provide support across functions during peak periods or leave coverage. Participate in training and development activities. Promote a safe and inclusive work environment by maintaining safe systems of work and equipment. Foster a positive team culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. Engage in regular communication with team members on Work Health and Safety (WHS) matters.
