Responsibilities Create and implement financial policies and procedures to guarantee operational efficiency. Develop business plan, timeline and budget system to perform financial projects. Monitor and manage expenditures within allotted budget. Develop and maintain standard financial and administrative procedures. Review all financial reports, purchasing agreements, credit line to the bank, supplier’s terms and conditions, and property management. Review accounting discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. Ensure the preparation and maintenance of all financial records. Monitor the preparation of all monthly and annual finance reports of each project in a timely manner. Supervise and manage payroll processing and tax filing activities. Perform periodic financial analysis to detect and resolve problems. Monitor all bank deposits and payments. Maintain accurate bank records. Provide training and guidance to finance and admin teams as needed. Interview, hire and train new employees in financial activities. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes. Advanced MS Office Skills Outstanding analytical and time management skills. Strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
