Overview Theoria Medical is a comprehensive medical group and technology company serving patients across the care continuum with emphasis on post-acute and primary care. We operate primary care clinics and provide medical services to skilled nursing facilities in multiple states. We are seeking a Medical Biller/Revenue Cycle Analyst to support our billing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing and submitting claims, reviewing and reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with billing regulations and guidelines. Location and Compensation Job Location: Remote (PH) Compensation: Php 30,000 to 45,000 per month (All-in salary package) Responsibilities Review medical notes for billing accuracy and appropriate CPT and ICD-10 coding. Conduct chart reviews to ensure quality notes. Provide feedback to medical staff and answer questions as needed. Review and analyze medical claims for accuracy and completeness. Monitor and follow up on outstanding claims. Review and reconcile patient accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies. Ensure compliance with billing regulations and HIPAA requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of billing codes, regulations, and procedures. Collaborate with healthcare providers and billing team to resolve issues. Prepare and submit reports related to billing activities. Perform other duties customary to the role as assigned. Requirements and Qualifications Graduate of BS Nursing or comparable degree in medical field. Certified Coding credential (AHIMA/AAPC/CPC/CIC). Coding experience of at least 3 years. Understanding of ICD-10 and CPT codes. Understanding of insurance rules (primary, secondary). Must have billing experience. Working on eCW is preferred. Physical Requirements Must be punctual and adhere to the company's Time and Attendance policy. Must be able to remain seated for the majority of the shift.
