Job Description

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative , you will be the crucial link between insurance agencies, law firms, and healthcare providers, ensuring accurate and timely retrieval of medical and billing records while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Minimum 3 years of customer support experience
  • Hands-on experience in retrieving and handling patient medical records
  • Solid knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard support practices
  • Customer-focused mindset with adaptability to various personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Your Daily Tasks

  • Make a large volume of outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow up on all cases assigned (minimum of 50-60 cases/day)
  • Ensure accurate and timely retrieval of requested information
  • Maintain turnaround time (TAT) within 5-6 business days
  • Retrieve a minimum of 8 records per day
  • Actively respond to emails and communicate status updates with agents/law firms
  • Meet personal qualitative and quantitative targets
