Job location: Philippines. Posted 1 day ago. Job Description: The Data & Analytics Function oversees the analytics life-cycle to identify, analyze and present insights that drive business decisions. It manages analytic data platforms, reporting/BI solutions, and quantitative modeling. Data Analytics applies business process knowledge and data analytics to develop timely, accurate, actionable insights to support business decisions and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years in business analysis, with at least 3 years in RCM within a healthcare or DMEPOS environment.
• Proven ability to develop solutions aligned with company goals.
• Strong understanding of payer reimbursement models, billing codes (HCPCS, ICD-10), and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.

What is expected at this level

• Execute complex projects of large scope with cross-functional collaboration and high visibility.
• Analyze and optimize the full RCM lifecycle: eligibility, authorization, billing, collections, denials, and payment posting.
• Perform variance analysis to identify trends, root causes and opportunities for improvement.
• Design dashboards and data visualizations to track KPIs and support decision-making (Power BI, Tableau).
• Enable root cause analysis on denials, underpayments and cash-flow delays; develop corrective strategies.
• Drive cash collection optimization through payer behavior analysis and AR aging reviews.
• Work independently with general guidance; ensure alignment with objectives and compliance standards.
• Translate complex data into clear insights for executive leadership and operations.
• Support audits, payer contract reviews, and compliance initiatives as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DMEPOS billing systems (e.g., Brightree, Kareo, or similar).
• Familiarity with HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and payer policies.
• Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification is a plus.
