The role is a Senior Developer position that helps propel customers’ digital transformation journeys with human‑centered design thinking and consultation. Responsibilities: Report directly to the Managing Consultant. Assist in preparing for requirements gathering workshops and document outcomes/actions. Comply with design standards, perform unit testing, and actively manage assigned tasks to ensure quality completion by or before due dates. Complete mandatory training and maintain certification level. Participate in DXC Technology added‑value activities outside scope. Identify and raise potential risks. Assist in creating and interpreting process maps. Configure Salesforce components as documented. Mandatory Skills: Manage execution of business process improvements. Analyse and design business processes to identify alternative solutions that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and exploit new technologies and automation. Develop graphical models of business processes to facilitate understanding and decision‑making. Assess feasibility of business process changes and recommend alternative approaches. Define and manage scoping, requirements definition, and prioritisation activities for initiatives of medium size and complexity. Stakeholder relationship management. Software configuration. Nice‑to‑Have Skills: Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant. Work Location Flexibility: You may work from a DXC office, a client site, or—where approved—a remote setting. DXC reserves the right to adjust work location arrangements temporarily or permanently in response to evolving business requirements.
