Knowledge of internet protocols, tools, and full‑stack web technologies. Soft Skills Collaborate with senior developers and cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions. Communicate technical concepts effectively in business‑friendly and user‑friendly language. Participate in setting web development strategies and policies. Demonstrate strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Conduct research into emerging technologies to support innovation. Highly self‑motivated, adaptable, and detail oriented. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and prioritization skills in high‑pressure environments. Function effectively in a team‑oriented, collaborative setting. Advocate for continuous learning and improvement in development practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related discipline. Strong interest in software development and a desire to learn. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
