You may also build deeper functional or technical expertise in areas such as integrations, revenue recognition, data and reporting, or usage-based billing.

Protect Billing Accuracy: Monitor billing runs, investigate exceptions, and resolve issues before they affect customer invoicing.
Deliver Change & Enhancements: Design and implement new business-model configurations, workflow automation, and custom logic while managing change requests within allocated hours and service-level commitments.
Maintain Integrations: Monitor CRM, ERP, tax, and payment-gateway integrations, and coordinate with technical teams to troubleshoot API and data-flow issues.
Drive Optimization: Identify revenue leakage, under-utilization, and configuration drift, then recommend improvements that increase platform value and reduce churn risk.
Manage Governance: Track delivery metrics, service performance, risks, and improvement opportunities using standardized task, collaboration, and quality-management tools.
Develop the Team: Mentor junior consultants, share best practices, and contribute to team capability-building.
Support Product & Growth: Capture customer feedback, contribute to the product feedback loop, and partner with account teams to identify and advance expansion opportunities.
