Job Summary

Develops and maintains data governance policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines. Supports the organization in the definition and implementation of controls, processes, and supporting tools to comply with the policy manual and manage data governance and data management.

How will you contribute?
  • Performs assessment on data governance compliance and institutional maturity;
  • Formulates and maintains data governance framework and policies;
  • Supports the implementation and monitoring of data governance framework and policies;
  • Performs awareness activities for employees, business information officers (BIOs), risk oversight committee (ROC), and customers;
  • Analyzes and oversees remediation of data governance incidents received by the department
What will make you successful?
  • College Degree holder preferably in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science and other related courses.
  • Experience in Data Governance & Data Management as well as pertinent exposure to data governance, data management, or data analytics.
  • Experience in functions involving data management and compliance across major different computing platforms with emphasis on data related technology.
  • Knowledgeable on existing data governance, management, and business processes and their best practices. Strong documentation skills.
  • At least two (2) years experience in information security, data management, data engineering or data governance.
  • At least two (2) years experience in data technology governance (including, but not limited to development, implementation, maintenance)
