We offer essential, high-quality products at consistently low prices to local communities across the Philippines and Indonesia. Our mission is to restore buying power and make quality living affordable for everyone.

• You will be part of our Purchasing Team
• You will develop and implement strategic sourcing plans that balance cost savings, quality standards, and consistent supply
• You will build and manage a targeted assortment relevant to our customers and in line with the Hard Discount principles
• You will negotiate high-impact contracts and develop strong relationships with local and international suppliers
• You will develop and launch OSave private label products
• You will take ownership on product quality through hands-on testing, supplier audits, and resolution of quality challenge that may arise

• 5-10 years of experience in retail purchasing, or food related buying
• Demonstrated success in supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost optimization
• Strong analytical skills to assess product performance and make data-driven purchasing decisions
• Willingness to visit plants and production facilities to ensure quality standards
• Flexibility to work in our Distribution Center in Taytay Rizal, Philippines and travel to supplier locations when needed
