Job Description Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of the organization’s external vendors and suppliers.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and optimize the performance of the organization’s external vendors and suppliers.
  • Develop and implement performance management frameworks, metrics, and processes to ensure vendors meet or exceed contractual obligations and contribute positively to the organization’s goals.
  • Work with procurement, supply chain, and other internal stakeholders to ensure vendor relationships are managed effectively, risks are minimized, and value is maximized.
  • Uplift vendor performance by developing a performance framework aligned to the desired outcomes for outsourced functions.
  • Support vendor relationship management by ensuring performance compliance with contractual standards and internal standards established by NTG / Globe.
  • Co-develop and implement performance management frameworks, metrics, and processes to ensure ongoing vendor performance.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of vendor performance, contracts, and communications in collaboration with Shared Service and NAI Departments.
  • Deliverables include: Vendor Performance Framework, Vendor Performance Metrics, Vendor Performance Plan, and other deliverables related to strategy formulation and execution.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Soft skills: Good communication, analytical skills, stakeholder management.
  • Hard skills: Strategic thinking, project management, change management, finance acumen.
  • Certifications: Six Sigma, Balanced Scorecard Professional, Project Management Certification, Change Management Professional.
  • Competencies: Stakeholder management, performance analysis and optimization; strategy execution; change management, project management.
Hiring Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Developed and implemented a vendor performance management framework with KPIs and scorecards; led to an improvement in vendor compliance; conducted regular performance reviews; collaborated with cross-functional teams.
