About the role CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking an experienced Head of Project Management (Real Estate Engineering) to join their team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will be responsible for leading and overseeing project management activities for the company's real estate engineering projects. What you'll be doing Provide strategic direction and leadership for the project management team to ensure successful delivery of real estate engineering projects Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and monitor progress Oversee the allocation of resources and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project delivery Lead and mentor the project management team, providing guidance and support to drive continuous improvement Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures Report on project performance and provide updates to key stakeholders What we're looking for Extensive experience (8+ years) in project management, preferably in the real estate engineering or construction industry Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, multi-faceted projects Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues proactively Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the real estate industry Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of project management professionals What we offer At CBRE GWS IFM PHILS.
