Explore our open roles and join us on the journey to shape the future of finance. We’re looking for a Creative Producer to lead the full cycle of creative production — from concept to delivery. You’ll work closely with design, legal, traffic, and marketing teams to produce high-quality video and static assets. The role focuses on building a reliable, structured, and scalable creative process that keeps up with our marketing goals. What you’ll be doing: Lead and manage end-to-end creative production — from concept approval to final delivery. Coordinate with legal teams to ensure all materials meet brand, privacy, and IP standards. Secure filming locations and manage logistics with partner stores and vendors. Source and manage actors, influencers, and creators — including casting, contracting, and scheduling. Handle production-related payments and documentation in coordination with finance. Supervise shoots and ensure timely delivery of raw materials to design and post-production. Maintain clear communication with creative, design, and performance marketing teams to align on goals and timelines. Troubleshoot production bottlenecks and proactively solve operational issues. Keep a structured archive of all creative assets, legal documents, and financial records. Proven experience as a Creative Producer or Project Manager in production or marketing. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and partners. Solid understanding of video, photo, and digital creative workflows. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work with internal teams and external vendors. Experience with contracts and working alongside legal or compliance teams. Confident budget management and basic financial reporting skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments. Fluent English, both written and spoken.
