Overview

Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote (South Africa or Philippines) | Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM CST (with potential flexibility)

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our client’s team. In this remote role, you will own their email marketing program from strategy through execution. You will design and deploy campaigns that grow their audience, strengthen donor relationships, and inspire action. The ideal candidate is a hands-on executor with proven email marketing experience, strong writing and design sensibilities, and the ability to use CRM and automation platforms to deliver measurable results. This role is perfect for someone who is data-driven, mission-aligned, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pray daily for the mission of the organization.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, write, design, and execute email campaigns that align with organizational goals. Segment audiences to ensure messaging is targeted and effective.
  • Automation & Flows: Design and maintain automated email flows optimized for supporter engagement and donation conversion revenue.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Monitor deliverability, open rates, CTRs, conversions, and list health. Leverage data and A/B testing to optimize campaigns and generate regular performance reports.
  • Tools & Platform Management: Serve as the primary expert for the email automation platform (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or Constant Contact), manage audience data, and ensure seamless integration with the Salesforce CRM.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience in email marketing with a portfolio of successful campaigns. A track record of using segmentation and automation to grow engagement.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or Constant Contact. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or other donor/constituent management systems. Competence in Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud for creating visuals.
  • Personal Fit: A strong personal commitment to the organization’s pro-life mission and values. A proactive, independent, and detail-oriented problem solver. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
