Our differences are what fuel our creativity.As a **Senior or Lead Roads Engineer**, you will contribute to the managing, design, and delivery of road and highway infrastructure projects that connect communities and improve mobility. You’ll be part of a collaborative and multidisciplinary team working on some of Australia’s most significant transport infrastructure projects, reimagining how roads can shape a more sustainable and connected world. You are also expected to:* Undertake design and analysis for highways, urban roads, intersections, and transport corridors.* Perform and oversee geometric design, other road and civil design elements, including report writing, leading a small team to deliver road designs or other civil projects / engineering activities.* Support feasibility assessments, concept and detailed designs, and technical documentation.* Work collaboratively with civil, structural, and transport specialists across Aurecon’s global offices.* Contribute to project delivery through technical calculations, reports, and design models.* Ensure design outputs align with relevant standards (Austroads, Main Roads WA design supplements, or equivalent).* Support sustainability and innovation initiatives within project design.Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future.
