  • Conducting reference checks and preparing employment contracts.

  • Filing and organizing HR documents.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in recruitment at least 1-3 years
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations
  • Must be willing to do multitasking
  • Willing to be assigned at Opol, Misamis Oriental
