We are looking for an accurate and flexible person with a high sense of responsibility to support Evolution Cebu in the Technical Operations department. The role will focus on matters related to the equipment environment, with the main objective being the maintenance of preventive equipment and its practice in performance monitoring.

Job Duties
  • Install, clean, change, and regulate simple equipment
  • Perform equipment tests
  • Ensure preventive equipment maintenance
  • Monitor equipment performance, make assessments, and decide on needed actions
  • Ensure equipment availability 24/7
  • Report equipment-related issues
  • Maintain roulette wheels, shuffle machines, and deck checker through cleaning and maintenance
  • Inspect tables and transport cards/equipment from storage and back
  • Organize equipment utilization
  • Monitor climate conditions on gaming floors and in storage
  • Track equipment in stock
  • Coordinate with other departments
Qualifications
  • Work experience preferable up to 6 months
  • Secondary or higher education preferred
  • Professional working proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Experience with standard software applications, including MS Office and Windows
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Ability to maintain tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Quick reaction time and attention to detail
  • Ability to cope with pressure
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Motivation to achieve company targets
  • Flexibility to work different shifts
