Our Global Business Services team is looking for a Procurement Specialist to strengthen our purchasing operations, supplier management, and compliance processes. The Role As a Procurement Specialist, you’ll support Tribal’s purchasing requirements across multiple regions. This is a detail-oriented, stakeholder-facing role where accuracy, compliance, and vendor management are key. You’ll work closely with business units to manage procurement requests, ensure supplier compliance, and maintain a reliable supplier base that supports Tribal’s growth. What you’ll be doing: Managing procurement requests and ensuring they are complete, accurate, and compliant with policy Coordinating supplier due diligence, including legal and regulatory requirements Creating and monitoring purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) through to completion Supporting goods/services receipt and ensuring supplier performance meets agreed standards Resolving issues such as late deliveries, quality disputes, and escalations Keeping supplier master data updated and identifying priority suppliers for future needs Supporting audit and compliance requirements, maintaining accurate records and reports What you’ll bring: At least 5 years’ experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related fields within a multinational or shared services environment Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline Strong knowledge of procurement operations, vendor management, and compliance requirements Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in fast-paced, changing environments Bonus if you have: Professional certification in Procurement or Supply Chain (e.g., CIPS) Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics 365, or similar) Previous experience in a software/technology environment Exposure to offshore transition or global business services What can Tribal offer you?
