Production Support Specialist - Technology, SeaBank

Job Description
  • Manage user access to systems and perform system configurations.
  • Respond to system issues, perform troubleshooting, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
  • Conduct pre- and post-production testing to ensure system functionality.
  • Monitor system availability and performance.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Software Developers, and QA Engineers to improve system stability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • Basic knowledge of IT (web, mobile, software, network); 3-6 years of experience in FinTech IT Production Support preferred.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Amenable to work in a graveyard shift and in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City.
