Responsibilities
  • Create social-media graphics, banners, email headers, and promotional assets that feel fresh and on-trend, using AI-powered tools (e.g. Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly) to generate mood boards, concepts, or assets.
  • Develop on-brand illustrations, icons, and micro-animations—augmenting your workflow with AI plugins (e.g. in Figma, Photoshop).
  • UI/UX Design: Design pixel-perfect web and mobile interfaces—landing pages, product listings, user profiles, and in-app flows.
  • Build wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to validate user journeys—use AI-driven prototyping helpers for rapid iteration.
  • Brand & AI Governance: Maintain and evolve our design system—color palettes, typography, grids, and component library.
  • Curate and document AI usage guidelines to ensure legal, ethical, and on-brand outputs.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to translate requirements into delightful designs.
  • Prepare production-ready assets (Figma/AI exports, red-lines, specs) and support dev implementation.
  • User Research & AI-enabled Testing: Participate in user interviews and usability tests; iterate designs based on real user feedback.
  • Leverage AI analytics tools to analyze heat maps, session recordings, and identify UI friction.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of combined graphic and UI/UX design experience, ideally in lifestyle, e-commerce, or social apps.
  • Editorial-style graphics (Instagram, banners, newsletters).
  • Proficiency with Figma (or Sketch), Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), plus at least one AI-driven design tool (Mid-journey, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, RunwayML, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, grid systems, and accessibility best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, able to present and defend design decisions.
Nice to have
  • Experience designing for community-driven or user-generated content platforms.
  • Familiarity with motion-design tools and AI-assisted animation (After Effects, Lottie + AI plugins).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for accurate handoff and quick iterations.
  • A passion for trends in lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and social media aesthetics.
