Position Overview: We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to play a key role in driving sound financial management and strategic decision-making across our growing group of companies and subsidiaries. This role offers broad exposure to various financial disciplines: budgeting, forecasting, analysis, reporting, and audit support , and the opportunity to collaborate closely with leaders and teams across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, footnotes, and disclosures , ensuring compliance with GAAP, SEC , and other regulatory standards. Develop financial reports and presentations for senior management, the Board, and external stakeholders. Support the annual budget, forecast, and long‑term financial planning process across business units, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Accounting, Operations, Business Development) to gather and analyze financial data for strategic insights. Assist in audit preparation , ensuring documentation is complete and responses are prompt. Participate in ad‑hoc projects and financial initiatives , providing analytical insights to enhance performance and efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting ; CPA is an advantage. At least 4 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles—preferably in a multi‑entity or publicly listed company . Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences. Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
