We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to take charge of developing and maintaining client relationships in various industries in the Philippines, including local government, enterprises, finance, and telecommunications. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in these sectors.
Job Responsibilities
- Client Development in Multiple Industries : Proactively identify and explore potential clients in the Philippine local government, enterprise, finance, telecommunications and other related industries. Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, customer needs and pain points, and formulate targeted sales strategies to acquire new customers.
- Client Relationship Maintenance : Establish and maintain long-term and stable cooperative relationships with existing clients. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their satisfaction with products and services, promptly address client issues and demands, and strive to improve client retention and loyalty.
- Sales Target Achievement : Develop personal and team sales plans based on company overall sales goals, and take effective measures to ensure the successful completion of sales targets. Track sales progress in real-time, analyze sales data, and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner.
- Business Expansion in Related Fields : Leverage existing customer resources and market insights to actively expand business in cloud services, smart cities, system integration and other related fields. Promote the company's products and services in these areas to increase sales revenue.
- Market Information Collection and Feedback : Collect market information, including competitor dynamics, industry policies, and customer feedback, and timely report to the company's management. Provide valuable suggestions for the company's product development, marketing strategies and business decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Education Background : Bachelor's degree or above. Majors related to computer science are preferred.
- Work Experience : 3-5 years of sales experience in the IT industry. Having certain experience in expanding businesses related to AI, Cloud Services, Smart Cities, and System Integration is highly desirable.
- Language Skills : Fluent in English, both in speaking and writing, to facilitate communication with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred, which can provide additional convenience in business interactions.
- Professional Abilities : Strong sales skills, including customer communication, negotiation and closing abilities. Good market analysis and judgment skills to accurately grasp market opportunities.
- Personal Qualities : High sense of responsibility, proactive work attitude, and ability to work under pressure. Excellent teamwork spirit and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
