If you're ready to get started, apply today Responsibilities Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the customer base served by our team to expand our sales results Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions Use our CRM to regularly follow‑up with customers to ensure our agents have up‑to‑date information to move through the listing and closing process Qualifications Must have a valid Real Estate License Has excellent organizational, time management and follow‑up skills Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus Compensation $80,000-120,000 at plan commission If you're a fit for the Taylor Lambert Group, we will absolutely take care of you and make sure you have plenty of business on your plate. Most importantly, we'll teach you HOW to be a fantastic realtor which in turn will make your income soar. We'll supply you with warm leads and plenty of opportunities to acquire quality clients.
