Job Title: Project Controller - Telecom Civil Works Construction Location: Sta. Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Controller to oversee the financial and schedule control of our telecom civil works construction projects. The ideal candidate will monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Monitor and control project budgets, costs, and financial performance for telecom civil works projects. Develop, maintain, and track detailed project schedules related to civil construction activities. Analyze project progress, identify risks or deviations, and recommend timely corrective actions. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and finance teams to consolidate project control data. Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, progress claims, and financial records specific to telecom civil infrastructure. Implement cost control measures and support accurate project forecasting throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and construction teams to align spending with project requirements. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project cost, schedule, and resource status. Ensure compliance with telecommunications industry standards, contractual requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Facilitate communication between project control, construction teams, and clients to support transparency and effective decision‑making. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field. Proven experience in project control within telecom or civil construction projects. Strong knowledge of budget management, scheduling, and project documentation processes. Proficient in project management and financial software/tools.
