We’re Hiring: E-commerce Manager & Assistant to the Founder (Remote – Pacific Time) Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM PT Join a fast-growing, creative e-commerce brand Are you passionate about Shopify, digital marketing, and e-commerce growth ? We’re looking for a hands‑on, detail‑driven E-commerce Manager & Assistant to the Founder who can take ownership of our online store and bring fresh energy to our day‑to‑day operations. This is a remote, full‑time role where you’ll work closely with the Founder, help run the business behind the scenes, and make a direct impact on growth, customer experience, and sales performance. What You’ll Do Manage daily Shopify operations — product listings, collections, pricing, and inventory updates. Oversee site merchandising , product launches, and promotions to align with brand goals. Drive organic traffic through SEO optimization and smart product storytelling. Track KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, CAC, LTV, traffic) using Google Analytics and create performance reports. Collaborate on marketing campaigns and email automations via Klaviyo . Assist the Founder with daily business operations — scheduling, vendor coordination, and product planning. Maintain backend accuracy for fulfillment and product data. Support customers with professionalism and care to ensure a seamless experience. 2+ years of e-commerce experience , ideally in jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle brands. Proven, hands‑on skills with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics (these are must‑haves). A sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills. Confidence using data to make informed decisions. Excellent written and spoken English. A proactive, resourceful, “I’ll figure it out” mindset. The ability to thrive in a small, fast‑paced, creative team.
