Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and provide professional automotive consultation services;
- Be responsible for maintaining and managing customer relationships, and establish good customer relations;
- Assist customers in completing the car purchase process and provide after-sales service;
- Participate in market research and competitor analysis.
- 1 year or more User Research experience or any related work experience.
- Graduate of any business related courses.
- Possess excellent communication skills and sales techniques, capable of establishing good relationships with clients.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of teamwork and be able to collaborate with colleagues to complete sales tasks.
- Have a strong ability to learn and adapt, capable of quickly adjusting to the work environment.
- Exhibit a high level of service awareness and professional ethics, providing quality pre-sale and after-sale services to customers. Proficient in spoken English with a British accent for communication with Australia.
