Financial Accountant | Hybrid ACCA Careers is seeking a Financial Accountant to join our team. This role is located at ACCA Careers, but offers a hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities Preparation and control of monthly management information Preparation of annual financial statements and management of the year‑end audit process Assisting with the preparation of regulatory returns (VAT, Corporate Tax and others) Assisting finance team with integrations of new acquisitions Driving process improvement & efficiencies across finance activities Liaising with various stakeholders internally and externally Leading various projects as required Qualifications CPA Qualified Accountant Minimum 3 years accounting experience in a similar role Experience in a global finance environment; UK companies experience beneficial Strong grasp of financial controls and best practice External audit experience preferred Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise multiple tasks Strong Excel skills; financial modelling desirable Excellent written communication to senior management and board level audience Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team Additional Information / Benefits Our sustainability strategy, inclusive culture, and hybrid working approach support employee development.
