Overview Influencer & Affiliate Coordinator (Sports Industry) - Work from home / Dayshift. Twoconnect Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines. In this role, you'll lead influencer partnerships, manage affiliate programs, and coordinate PR initiatives to expand reach and engagement. Responsibilities Identify, research, and engage with influencers (micro, macro, niche) who align with brand vision and selection criteria. Manage influencer outreach, follow-ups, and assist in negotiating and contracting campaigns within budget. Coordinate influencer sendouts including PR packages, gifting, campaign briefs, and deliverables. Create content briefs and ensure influencer/affiliate content adheres to brand tone, voice, visual guidelines, and product standards. Ensure compliance with FTC guidelines, brand safety requirements, and report risks when identified. Manage affiliate partnerships, including onboarding, communications, and relationship management. Equip affiliates with updated brand assets, product information, and promotional materials. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. 3+ years\' experience in influencer marketing, affiliate program management, or PR coordination. Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, affiliate networks (e.g., Commission Junction), and PR tools (e.g., Meltwater). Demonstrated experience in influencer outreach and affiliate relationship management, from initial contact to reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards. Prior experience managing ROI-focused campaigns, with proven success in growing influencer/affiliate partnerships. Experience using project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com.
