Pronto’s life‑giving company culture is characterized by the “outward mindset.” About The Role We’re seeking a Construction Manager based in the Philippines to lead and support our Project Management Team, responsible for delivering new Pronto Pilates studios throughout Australasia . This role focuses on leadership, coordination, and quality control — ensuring every studio project is managed effectively by our Project Managers and delivered to Pronto’s brand and operational standards. The Construction Manager acts as a key link between the Director of Global Construction & Supply Chain, the Project Managers, and our national fit‑out partner Australasian Retail Projects (ARP) . You’ll provide oversight, guidance, and structure to keep projects on track — enabling the team to scale rapidly while maintaining high performance. Key Responsibilities of this role: Lead, mentor, and support a team of Project Managers delivering studio fit‑outs across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. Ensure all projects follow Pronto’s established workflows, documentation standards, and approval processes. Monitor overall project performance, timelines, and budgets through regular progress reviews. Identify risks or delays and guide Project Managers in implementing effective solutions. Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and consistent communication. Review and approve project budgets, variations, and documentation prepared by the Project Managers. Provide reporting and updates to the Director of Global Construction & Supply Chain. Escalate issues to management team. Lead communication with contractors and internal departments. Review and refine project scopes of work to ensure clarity, completeness, and compliance requirements. Provide input and recommendations during tender and planning phases to support cost control and efficient delivery. Support process improvements, system development and documentation, and training to drive efficiency and scalability. To secure an interview, you should possess the following: Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline highly favourable. Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction or project management, preferably in commercial fit‑outs (retail, fitness, or hospitality). Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Proven experience leading or mentoring project teams. Strong understanding of construction documentation, procurement, and contractor management. Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders remotely. Proactive, analytical, and solution‑oriented mindset. Comfortable working fully remotely and utilising digital tools such as Notion, Box, Process Street, and Excel for project tracking and reporting (Notion experience highly desirable).
