Job Description

Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill neonates in a specialized NICU setting.

Monitor, assess, and manage patients' health conditions, ensuring optimal safety and comfort.
Administer medications, IV therapies, and other treatments as prescribed while documenting each step.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individual care plans for patients.
Educate parents and caregivers on the health needs and care of their newborns.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in NICU
Skills and Competencies: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification, strong communication skills, ability to work well under pressure
Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, empathy, attention to detail, and resilience
Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including nights and weekends
