Overview

The Global Operations team is dedicated to driving productivity and efficiency across the sales organization. We partner with sales teams and other departments to deliver key initiatives within the Global Sales, Strategy & Operations organization. We design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and operational processes to support sales performance. Our responsibilities include managing weekly business reviews, streamlining workflows, and optimizing internal deliverables. We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Specialist who is detail-oriented, analytical, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze escalated issues related to sales targets, territories, and related operational concerns.
  • Leverage CRM tools to identify, manage, and resolve operational issues.
  • Provide operational support to the wider Operations team and maintain CRM system integrity.
  • Prepare weekly business reviews, including data aggregation, validation, and basic analysis, while managing sales inputs.
  • Operate tools and procedures to improve sales forecasting accuracy.
  • Manage Salesforce reports and basic dashboards for Sales Management and frontline sellers.
  • Streamline and enhance reporting processes.
  • Partner with data engineers and analysts on analytical projects, ensuring high-quality data and reporting (QA).
Qualifications
  • Strong CRM expertise, with the ability to manage and navigate accounts and opportunities effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in processes and procedures.
  • Proficient in creating and maintaining spreadsheet reports (including SUMIFs, VLOOKUPs).
  • Basic SQL knowledge, including query creation and updates.
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities in an ambiguous environment.
  • Previous operational experience handling diverse tasks across multiple functions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with flexibility to manage a variety of projects.
  • Salesforce experience (CRM management and basic reporting).
  • Experience with Anaplan.
  • Experience with Tableau.
  • 5+ years in Data Analytics, specializing in large dataset analysis, problem-solving, and dashboard creation.
  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience.
  • 2+ years in Sales Operations.
  • Seniority level: Mid-Senior level.
