Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Supervisor. The Finance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accurate accounting and auditing processes, and managing overall financial operations. Daily tasks include monitoring financial performance, developing financial strategies, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Responsibilities- Oversee preparation and analysis of financial statements and financial reporting
- Ensure accurate accounting, auditing processes, and internal controls
- Manage overall financial operations and processes
- Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations
- Conduct internal and external audits as required
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and finance
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proficient in auditing and accounting practices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
- Experience in a supervisory role in finance is preferred
