Position Details Job Type: Regular Schedule: Weekdays 9 AM – 6 PM Location: Remote, with face‑to‑face meetings at most once a month What You’ll Do Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of designers, fostering creativity and professional growth. Oversee the entire design process, from conceptualization to execution and delivery. Manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure all projects are completed within deadlines. Provide constructive feedback, review design outputs, and maintain high quality standards. Encourage continuous learning and openness to challenges within the team. Innovation Conceptualize and develop design ideas that align with brand identity, project goals, and client expectations. Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep the team innovative and competitive. Share new techniques and creative approaches. Balance creativity with production requirements, ensuring practical yet standout solutions. Project Delivery And Results Attend client onboarding sessions and actively participate in discussions to understand needs and expectations. Present proposed designs and creative concepts, articulating design rationale and gathering feedback for refinement. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure design solutions meet both client needs and business objectives. Ensure all creative outputs align with project objectives, deadlines, and brand identity. Must Have A degree in Design, Engineering, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in a leadership role. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design principles. Good communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated effectiveness in a remote work setting. Proficiency in design software and technologies. Canva expertise, with the ability to share tips and tricks for efficient use. Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Capcut, and Wix is a plus. Ready to lead and create with us?
