Join to apply for the Lead Developer role at Malaya Tech Consulting, Inc. Responsibilities Lead and mentor the Anaplan model building team. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Provide inputs on identifying strengths and weaknesses of the department. Conduct regular check‑ins, implement mentorship programs, and promote a positive work environment. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance support of Anaplan models. Ensure models are built to specification and meet business needs. Support the Project Manager’s goals in completing projects on‑time. Provide insights on decision‑making and decide the correct course of action for issues and challenges encountered in projects. Provide support on POC creation. Utilize Agile methodologies, conduct regular model reviews, and prioritize tasks effectively. Work together with the Project Manager on projects. Ensure good communication to facilitate project completion on‑time. Promote continuous learning and professional growth within the team. Enhance the team’s skills and industry knowledge. Organize workshops, provide access to online courses, and encourage participation in Anaplan community events. Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and the development team. Ensure alignment of model development with business objectives. Schedule regular status meetings, use dashboards for transparency, solicit and incorporate feedback regularly. Drive innovation in model building processes and techniques and in new technology. Encourage adoption of best practices and new features in Anaplan. Foster a culture of experimentation, hold brainstorming sessions, share success stories and lessons learned. Strong communication skills. Collaborative team mindset. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. More than 5 years of software development experience. Analytic problem‑solving skills with a solution‑oriented approach to challenges and root‑cause analysis capabilities. Solution Architect Certification. Strong communication skills. Nice to have Anaplan Certification. Background in finance/accounting systems such as Financial Planning, Management Reporting, Financial Consolidation, and Manpower Planning.
