Overview : Remote/office-based responsibilities to support the director with calendar, correspondence, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for calls and correspondence for the director.
- Manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Support in organizing filing systems and handling day-to-day tasks for the employer.
- Liaise with clients and coordinate with internal teams as required.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency with standard software tools (MS Office, GSuite).
- Experience supporting C-level executives preferred.
