Job Description

Provide Support and Maintenance for Data Center

  • Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
  • Monitor Data Center critical infrastructure and raise incident tickets for any defects or faults which might occur
  • Performs preventive operations and react to ad-hoc task to maintain system stability
  • Produce, maintains and update technical documentations.
  • Working closely and coordinates with Vendor in Telco and DC
  • IT facilities management in Data Center - A/C, FMS, Proc access and PACU
  • Ensuring that day to day batch Job process and back up jobs are performed on a timely manner
  • Experienced in servers, FW, router/ AP and switches
  • Triage alerts from the network monitoring system
  • Monitor Data Center critical infrastructure and raise incident tickets for any defects or faults which might occur
  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Data Center Ops
  • Good Background knowledge in Networks and Server Administration
  • Experienced in IT Monitoring Tools (Micro Focus SMAX, ManageEngine Self Service Plus, Microfocus Universal Discovery, Radia, ManageEngine OpManager, Telephony-CMS)
  • Customer-focused. Articulate and methodical. Self-motivated and professional with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and having a keen ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Salary: Php20,000.00 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee and manage IT operation
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance to the IT team
  • Ensuring smooth functioning of IT infrastructure and systems
  • Train and mentor and make sure people will be able to cope up in all project requirements
  • Create and manage KPI
  • To be updated with the trends and technologies in the market and be able to share best practices and quality standards

Qualifications

  • With a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related course.
  • With solid experience in handling IT Operations including Infra, Network and IT Support leadership role
  • At least 10 years of experience as an IT Professional, with 5+ years experience in a leadership role in the required capability / technical domain.
  • Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
  • Experience in leading organization capability development, change management and transformation is a plus
  • Demonstrated track record in successful delivery and the application of contemporary IT management practices, methodologies and tools
