About the Role As a member of Confluent’s Sales Team, the Enterprise Account Executive will sell Confluent solutions to strategic accounts within the Philippines. You will leverage prospecting, sales, negotiation, and leadership skills to effectively sell Confluent offerings to leading companies, meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets. A consumption/growth mentality and a proven track record in a value‑driven sales model are essential. What You Will Do Drive revenue growth in large, complex, and highly visible accounts. Proactively prospect, qualify, develop, and close a sales pipeline while expanding consumption in current customer accounts. Lead and execute strategic complex sales cycles, demonstrating Confluent’s value to C‑Level stakeholders. Become an in‑depth SME of Confluent offerings, product suites, and competitive landscape. Develop a deep understanding of customers’ strategies and business goals to become a trusted advisor. Sell through and in partnership with Confluent’s partner ecosystem teams. Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success Management to deliver world‑class customer experiences and identify expansion and renewal opportunities. What You Will Bring 15+ years of quota‑carrying sales experience in a competitive market, focused on growth within accounts or territory. Prior experience in Big Data, Consumption, Cloud, SaaS, Open Source, or Enterprise IT solutions. Training in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar. Experience leading a highly complex, multi‑layered sales strategy that drives revenue growth. Consistent track record of exceeding quota attainment. Excellent ability to articulate, educate, and sell business value to organizations of all sizes. Experience developing and improving processes and managing organizational change. Exceptional relationship‑building, customer‑relations, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed. BS/BA degree or equivalent preferred.
