About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join the Project Management team at Triton Constructions Development Corporation as a Project Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex construction projects in different locations. This is a full-time position that will involve on-site work. What you'll be doing Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery Coordinate and oversee the work of cross-functional project teams, including designers, engineers, and construction workers Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement contingency plans as needed Manage client relationships and communicate project status updates regularly Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards Collaborate with the broader construction team to identify and implement process improvements What we're looking for Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects in the Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila area Excellent project management skills, including experience in developing and executing project plans, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing project requirements Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams Detailed knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations Relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field What we offer At Triton Constructions Development Corporation, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
