Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of training applications to meet enterprise business requirements and operational needs.
  • Implement and enforce development team guidelines and processes.
  • Manage initiation, development, and implementation of site-wide training initiatives for TaskUs’ training department.
  • Drive campaign-specific training programs for Team Leaders (TL) and Teammates (TM); create and maintain materials for maximizing campaign task mastery and personal development.
  • Create and execute TL and TM development training, including curriculum, training, and evaluations.
  • Provide campaign-specific training that is technically solid and engaging; act as in-house expert, maintaining training materials for all trainee levels.
  • Ensure training aligns with campaign needs and TaskUs’ broader business objectives; develop materials for diverse departments and campaigns as needed.
  • Propose and publish a year-long training calendar with quarterly objectives; plan training policies, new testing tools, methods, and systems to ensure quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Operations Directors, Operations Managers, and US counterparts to communicate and implement training initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • At least 5 years of managerial and/or supervisory experience.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly independent and motivated with a track record of overseeing projects to completion; able to adapt training materials to different audiences.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and MS Office applications.
