Qualifications
  • 1-2 years minimum of experience as Team Lead (Service desk experience is a plus) with Escalation.
  • Management experience; must also have excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree / Vocational / Undergraduate.
  • Open to contractual-based position with possible absorption and extension.
Responsibilities
  • Monitoring Attendance and sending Attendance Reports.
  • Facilitate Team Huddles and Updates.
  • Submit and present the Performance Report to the client.
  • Coaching on Performance and Attendance (aligned with client policies).
  • Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) Weekly Checkpoint.
  • DTR Validation.
  • Motivate team members and identify any challenges affecting employee morale.
  • Analyze Incident trends, and recommend and implement actions, with approval, to reduce Incidents.
  • Undertake peer reviews as required to improve the quality of work, and body of knowledge, of the Service Desk team.
  • Mentor staff to improve the capabilities and usefulness of the Service Desk team.
  • Work both independently as well as part of a team to ensure that work gets completed.
  • Share knowledge as and when required with other staff.
  • Any other task or activity that will contribute to the successful operation.
